From first call to live site in under two weeks.

Four steps. No agency theater, no kickoff slide decks, no 6-week onboarding. The first 15-minute call is the longest one we'll have.

15 minutes

Demo Call

Before we even talk, I'll start a draft of what your site could look like — based on your trade, your service area, and what your competitors are doing. The call is short and specific.

  • I show you the draft I started for your business
  • We talk about what's working with your current setup and what isn't
  • You ask anything — about pricing, about how this works, about me
  • If it's not a fit, I tell you. No follow-up emails, no pressure.

7-14 days

Build & Trial

I build the full site at no cost during the 14-day trial. This is the real site, not a wireframe — real copy, real photos, real layout. You review it on a staging URL and tell me what to change.

  • Real content built from your existing brand, photos, and reviews
  • Live staging URL you can share with anyone for feedback
  • Two rounds of revisions included — most projects need fewer
  • No payment until launch day

Same day

Launch & Cutover

On launch day we point your domain at the new site, fix or claim your Google Business Profile, set up monitoring, and switch on the ongoing plan. The whole thing usually wraps before lunch.

  • Domain cutover with no downtime
  • Old URLs redirected so you don't lose any SEO
  • GBP claimed, optimized, and connected to the new site
  • Click-to-call and form analytics turned on

Month-to-month

Ongoing Maintenance

After launch, $149/mo covers everything: hosting, security, content updates, GBP posts, monitoring. Most updates are done same day. No tickets, no portals — text or email me.

  • Same-day updates for hours, services, photos, copy
  • Weekly GBP posts during the first 90 days
  • Monthly performance summary — calls, forms, search visibility
  • Cancel anytime with 30 days notice — you keep everything
Before we start

What I'll need from you.

Don't worry about prepping anything before the demo call. After we agree to start, I'll send a short checklist for these four things.

A list of the services you offer

Names, short descriptions, anything that's specific or premium. I'll write the rest from there.

Your real contact info

Phone, email, hours, address (or service area), and license/insurance numbers if applicable.

Photos, even rough ones

Phone photos of finished jobs are 10x better than stock photography. I'll work with what you have.

Domain access (when you have it)

If you already own a domain, we'll need access to point DNS. If you don't, I'll help you buy one in your name.
